Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all our sarees. However, slight variations in color and texture may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Availability: Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.
Placing an Order: By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we have received your order.
Payment: We accept payments via PhonePe and other UPI options. Payment is required at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder.
All UPI payments on our website are securely processed through PhonePe, a government-recognized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your UPI ID, PIN, or other sensitive payment data on our servers.
Pricing Information: All prices are listed in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and shipping fees will be added to the total amount during checkout.
Discounts and Offers: Any promotional discounts or special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Time: We aim to process and ship orders within 4–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, and others to deliver your order safely. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the courier service.
International Orders: For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Exchange Policy:
If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid. If the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a credit note.
Additional Return & Refund Terms:
If the return is accepted by us, the replacement or return will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
If the exchange or replacement is accepted, the new product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special order sarees, or products that have been altered in any way, are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@avisutra.in. You will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Gift wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon receipt.
Customized Items: Customized or special order sarees cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Seller Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for reasons including but not limited to incorrect pricing, stock errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

Content Ownership: All content on our website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Avisutra and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
