1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, but not an indication that your order has been shipped.

Processing Time:
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional time, and we will notify you accordingly if delays are expected.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping, based on your location and preference. Available options will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address, order size, and the selected shipping method. The applicable charges will be displayed before confirming your order.

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1500. This offer is not applicable to express or international deliveries.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders: Product will be delivered within 7-10 business days

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking ID to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most domestic locations across India. During checkout, you will be notified if we are unable to deliver to your selected address.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Missing or Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us at info@avisutra.in within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Lost Packages:
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please first verify with neighbors or the delivery partner. If unresolved, contact us and we will help initiate a resolution.

Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your house number, floor, street, landmark, postal code, and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:
If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, contact us immediately at info@avisutra.in. We will make every effort to cancel the order in time.

After Shipment:
Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the item, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for a nominal fee. This provides coverage for loss or damage during transit.
If you choose not to opt in for shipping insurance, we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur once the order has been handed over to the courier.

9. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@avisutra.in as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will update the address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
