2. Products and Availability

  • Availability: Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you alternatives or a full refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Placing an Order: By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we have received your order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Exchange Policy: If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
  • Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a Credit note.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special order sarees, or products that have been altered in any way, are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email/phone]. You will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Gift wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return once it is received.
  • Customized or special order sarees, or products can not be cancelled once order placed.
  • Seller Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for reasons including but not limited to incorrect pricing, stock errors, or fraudulent activity.

  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.
